The system asks qualifying questions, shares relevant listings, and books showings directly onto Ryan's calendar based on his real-time availability. Ryan only gets involved when a lead is qualified and has a time slot locked in.

For leads that go quiet, the system sends a 3-touch re-engagement sequence over 14 days with new listings matching their original search criteria.

The Results

Booked showings doubled and Ryan stopped losing leads to voicemail.
