1. Services

Dora provides AI automation consulting and implementation services for businesses, including but not limited to chatbot development, workflow automation, booking automation, follow-up sequences, appointment reminders, tool integration, and analytics dashboards.

All services are provided on a project or subscription basis as outlined in your individual service agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Service Agreements

Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements or proposals provided before work begins. These agreements form part of these Terms.

Work begins only after you approve the proposal and any applicable payment has been received.

4. Payments

Fees for our Services are outlined in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due upon receipt of invoice. For subscription plans, billing occurs monthly or annually depending on the plan selected.

Late payments may result in suspension of Services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement or required by applicable law.

5. Your Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information needed to deliver the Services

  • Grant necessary access to your tools, platforms, and accounts required for implementation

  • Review and approve deliverables within the timelines specified in your agreement

  • Ensure you have the right to use any content, data, or materials you provide to us

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes

6. Intellectual Property

All automation systems, workflows, and custom solutions created for you become your property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and methodologies developed during the engagement for other clients, provided no confidential information is disclosed.

Our website content, branding, and proprietary tools remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all information you share with us as confidential. We will not disclose your business data, processes, or proprietary information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

This obligation survives the termination of our service relationship.

8. Third-Party Tools

Our Services may involve integration with third-party platforms such as Make.com, n8n, Zapier, Voiceflow, Google Workspace, Calendly, and others. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of these third-party services.

You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts and subscriptions with third-party providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our Services with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue increases, or time savings. Projected ROI figures provided during discovery calls or proposals are estimates based on the information available and are not guarantees.

Our website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

Upon termination, you will receive all completed work and access to systems built on your behalf, provided all outstanding payments have been made.

We reserve the right to terminate Services immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful, abusive, or illegal.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
